The olfactory profile is characterised by characteristic aromas of Mediterranean scrub and medicinal herbs, which open up around notes of white bouquets, fruit, and iodine hints. The palate is harmonious and well balanced, with moderate acidity, fruity aromas of fine depth, along with a mineral vein. The
